Ryan C. Hill, O.D.
Dr. Hill graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. Dr. Hill’s clinical training included rotations at the Kansas City VA Medical Center and the Center for Vision and Learning which provided experience in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease as well as pediatric eye care. He has also developed a special interest in caring for patients with ocular surface disease, especially dry eye.
Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their five children. When he’s not in the office, he can be found playing the guitar, roasting coffee, or shuttling kids to a variety of activities.
Justin M. Crowe, O.D.
Dr. Justin Crowe graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry in 2010. Dr. Crowe enjoys all aspects of primary eye care, but he is particularly interested in specialty contact lens fitting and myopia (near-sighted) management. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Missouri Optometric Association (MOA). Dr. Crowe joined Union Eye Associates in 2013.
Dr. Crowe is married to Sarah and they have two children, Julia and Samuel. They are active in their church and they enjoy playing board games. In his spare time, Dr. Crowe enjoys reading, fishing and playing the guitar.
Sneha Bagavandoss, OD, FAAO
Dr. Sneha Bagavandoss, “Dr. B,” graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2018. Dr. B has always had a passion for children’s vision, and through optometry school, she developed an interest in helping individuals visually recover after brain injuries. These interests led her to pursue a residency in vision therapy and neuro-optometric rehabilitation at Eyecare Professionals, PC in Hamilton, New Jersey. Dr. B is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and joined the practice in 2019.
In her spare time, Dr. B enjoys spending time with friends and family.
